Planar Diaphragm Technology & Patents

Patented Vibration Suppression Technology: A proprietary, non-linear vibration suppression system that enhances driver frequency response and ensures flawless sound clarity.

Exclusive Dual Planar Magnetic

Planar Magnetic Driver Technology

  • This model utilizes an all-new planar magnetic diaphragm driver, which includes an ultra-thin, electronics-grade diaphragm and a 1µm aerospace-grade, aluminum-plated foil, making its weight virtually negligible. It employs imported Japanese PU (Polyurethane) suspension surrounds to secure the PET composite diaphragm. This material is non-shedding, and the diaphragm surface is textured with an irregular honeycomb pattern to enhance rigidity.

  • The dual magnetic circuit, high-performance magnet system maximizes energy and efficiency far beyond that of traditional headphone drivers. This results in a cleaner, more natural sound, capable of resolving the finest details and dynamics.

  • Meticulous details, such as the custom-designed earpads, dual-layer headband, choice of leather, stitching, balance adjustment, and rational weight distribution in its design and manufacturing, all contribute to a superior fit and wearing comfort.

Hybrid Driver and Acoustic Design

  • After more than two years, we have broken through the technical bottlenecks of traditional dynamic drivers. Instead of remaining stagnant, we have boldly innovated to develop a hybrid dynamic-electrostatic system.

  • Complete Acoustic Chamber Design: The precise integration of the acoustic chamber with the driver unit yields a smoother frequency response curve, ensuring that input and performance across all three frequency bands (lows, mids, and highs) reach an ideal state.

  • Acoustic Tuning: The driver is tuned using damping papers with varying perforation ratios. Furthermore, the optimal design is achieved through various combinations of metal meshes, which prevents standing wave interference while simultaneously increasing airflow to instantly widen the soundstage.

Electrical Impedance Analysis

The headphone's planar magnetic driver exhibits a characteristically flat and predominantly resistive impedance profile across the audible spectrum.

A fundamental resonant peak (f0) is observed at a very low, sub-audible frequency (~10–20 Hz), which indicates a heavily damped diaphragm. Above this resonance, the impedance settles to a nearly constant, low value (on the order of tens of ohms) throughout the entire audio band.

A slight rise at the highest frequencies reveals minimal inductive reactance from the planar voice coil traces, confirming the load is almost purely resistive. This frequency-independent impedance is a hallmark of planar magnetic technology, presenting an easy, non-reactive load for any amplifier.

Frequency Response Performance

Measured frequency response (SPL vs. frequency) for the left (blue) and right (green) channels of the headphone. The overall frequency response is reasonably balanced and extended, with each part of the spectrum showing specific tuning characteristics. Channel matching is excellent: the left and right traces overlap almost entirely across frequencies, indicating only minute level differences (on the order of 1–2 dB or less) at a few points. Such tight matching speaks to good quality control; it is crucial for stable stereo imaging and an accurate soundstage.

Double-Sided Stealth Magnets

  • The magnets are designed to be acoustically transparent to sound waves, thereby reducing wave diffraction and interference.

  • The specialized shape of the Stealth Magnets allows sound waves to pass through the structure without the acoustic turbulence and degradation of sound quality common to conventional magnet designs.
